This romantic country house is near the historic Unesco World Heritage city of Evora.

This fabulous Quinta has a main house and a smaller one, united by a central courtyard with a fountain, lemon and mandarin trees. The entrance to both houses is through the fountain courtyard, as is access to the swimming pool.

The main house has a large gallery/entrance hall, a living room with a huge fireplace and a dining room - both of them with vaulted ceilings - kitchen, pantry, laundry room, guest toilet, 2 guest rooms with entrance halls and en suite bathrooms and the master bedroom suite which has a domed ceiling, 2 dressing rooms and 2 bathrooms.

The second house has a big library, a toilet, walk-in storage space, and on the ends there is space already built for 2 guest + bath + entry rooms. These spaces are currently being used as a 1 car garage and a store room.

At the front of the house a large canopied terrace bordered with vines faces Evoramonte, the cute little village on top of the mountain. In front of this terrace are rows of fragrant lavender bushes, a blue feast for the eyes.

There is a covered parking for 1 car and a wine cellar with extra storage space.

The land is planted with olive trees which would make possible to produce your own olive oil and limoncello.
