The house was built by the owner and the materials used such as the beams, ceramic tiles and wrought iron railings were acquired from a palace in Sevilla.

The house comprises:

5 suites with large bedrooms. Each suite has a fireplace and individual air-conditioned and heating systems and T.V.

The master suite has an additional single bedroom. Each suite has its individual, private access but can also be reached through the main house.

The layout is like a small village and within the main house there is:

    - A very spacious living room with a fireplace, grand piano, T.V. and bar area.
    - An exotic, circular dining room with a capacity for 12 people.
