You enter into the living room that has huge windows that open up to a terrace to give the feel of a bigger area. There is a flatscreen TV with SKY and a telephone available. The kitchen is on the left and is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer and breakfast nook, two bedrooms are behind both with en suite bathrooms and double beds that have their own terraces. Up the modern wooden staircase there is access to a large terrace that has a built in BBQ grill, teakwood chair/table furnitures and a private plunge pool.

There are views from both sides of the apartment including the marina and the mountains of Spain. There is hot and cold air in each room.

This apartment is also situated so that during the summer there is a water taxi that can take you from the apartment to the shops and restaurants at the port.
