This villa is perfect for two families vacationing together because it is literally two houses in one. It is constructed on the border of Sotogrande and San Roque Golf Resort and has boundaries into the woods and a stream that goes between the two developments. The property overlooks into the trees so it has a feeling of being in a lodge in the forest. The backyard borders a pathway that many use for running or walking the dogs. The villa has 6 bedrooms plus a pool house and 7 full bathrooms plus 2 wash closets, Jacuzzi, Sauna all on 3 levels:

Ground Floor: You enter and there is a wash closet and 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms to the right (both with Jacuzzi baths) one of which has a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and dishwasher, a breakfast area with a large wooden table and wood burning fireplace, the living room with fire. There is a laundry room off of the kitchen for this floor. There are also two terraces off of the living room; one has a nice sitting area and the other has a table and chairs and bar that was owned by Sean Connery, all overlooking the forest and the swimming pool area.

Upper floor: As you make your way up the stairs there is a gallery with a sitting area/office and a large master bedroom with a dressing room and a large marble bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. In this room there is a huge 4 post bed and a terrace.

Lower Basement floor: This is an independent section of the house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 en suite and a wash closet. There is a large kitchen fully equipped, dining room, living room and laundry area. This level opens to two terraces that are in the garden and go out to the pool.

Pool House: The pool house has a BBQ, Sauna and outside Jacuzzi with sitting area overlooking the pool. There is a small kitchen and full bathroom and a pullout couch that can sleep two more people (totaling 16).
