One of the most beautiful and charming properties in Sotogrande situated in prestigious lower Sotogrande on a quiet street with magnificent sea views.

The house is all on one floor with numerous patios and a large terrace next to the swimming pool. This special property is kept in immaculate condition and the furnishings and decoration are superb Mediterranian style. Everything in the house has been thought out to the finest detail, from the luxurious furniture down to the quality French bed linen.

The house is centered around a spectacular Andalucian patio with fountain and potted plants and flowers. The living room and dining room have sliding doors opening on to a large terrace with outdoor seating, the swimming pool and a barbecue. The kitchen is very large with breakfast table and all the modern conveniences for cooking and entertaining.

The master bedroom a large entrance room and walk-in closet which leads to the very large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and separate shower room. This bedroom opens to the main terrace with views of the sea.

The yellow bedroom has an entry room with one bed which leads to the main part of the bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom and bathroom open on to a tropical garden.

The blue bedroom is entered first through a bathroom with separate/enclosed WC, then on into the bedroom which opens on to a private patio with fountains and beautiful hanging bouganvilla.

The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be put into one large bed if desired. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is entered through a patio.

All the bedrooms can be made up with single beds, or king size beds.

The garden is flat and ideal for children to play in.

• Maid service (2 maids) included in the price. Hours are from 9am to 4pm, Monday through Saturday. One of the maids is an excellent cook (French and Spanish) and for an additional cost €10/hour can be available to cook Sundays or parties at night.
