The house has a very large and comfortable living room and separate dining room, billiard room, office with computer and, on the ground floor, passing through a pretty corridor which has two beautiful glass patios full of flowers on each side, one enters into a section of the house with two beautifully furnished bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms.

The kitchen is large fully equipped, the service areas are very comfortable, and there is a bedroom with bathroom next to the kitchen, in the service area.

The upper floor consists of the master bedroom, beautifully decorated, with a fabulous bathroom and huge separate shower room overlooking the forest. The master bedroom opens to a large terrace with views of the cork forest and a glimpse of the sea.

Another bedroom, also on top floor, with en-suite bathroom is also beautifully furnished and has another huge terrace overlooking the pool area and the cork forest.

The outdoor areas consist of a large swimming pool, 2 outside living areas with top quality furniture and a large, covered dining area.

The garage is closed for the owner's use, but there is an electric gate and parking for 4 cars on the property.
