This one storey villa is situated in prestigious lower Sotogrande. You enter through a large hall, which is open to a small charming patio with glass windows giving lots of interior light.

The living room is huge with open plan dining room and large sliding windows leading to a covered terrace that surrounds two sides of the house. From the living room a round staircase leads to an office/library. There is a kitchen with two ovens, two fridges, a drinks cabinet, microwave oven and a pantry where there is a washing machine.

There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is large and opens to a very large and completely flat garden with a swimming pool.

The terrace has several seating and dining areas and there is a Spanish style barbecue area near the outside dining area.

Maid service 3 times a week, from 9:30am to 4:00pm, is included in the rent. She is willing to come extra days and is also an exellent cook (additional time to be paid by the tenants).
