This is a large house in Andalucian style, situated in Alcaidesa which is about halfway between Sotogrande and Gibraltar, about a mile from San Roque. The house is only about ten minutes walk from the beach but high enough to enjoy a commanding view of the Rock of Gibraltar and the mountains of Morocco. Alcaidesa has a huge beach which stretches all the way to Gibraltar. There are two chiringuitos (beach bars) in summer, restaurants and a supermarket and pharmacy.

This fully furnished villa consists of 5 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, a beautiful living room, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that seats 12 and leads onto a seating area with a window alcove and wonderful views. There is also a large upstairs terrace and a tower with panoramic views, reached by a spiral staircase with space for two more to sleep if desired. There are terracotta tiles throughout as well as comfortable fumishings.

The large basement includes a full laundry with tumble dryer as well as a garden area with table tennis, darts and a pool table. Dos Olivos has a scented Mediterranean garden with lemon, orange, fig, palm and jacaranda trees. There is a vast panoramic terrace with an 11 meter floodlit infinity swimming pool (which can be heated if desired), a tennis court, pool-house and outside kitchen with barbecue and large covered eating area.

There are 5 air conditioned bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, sea views and terraces. Each bedroom can be made into a double or twin room. One has access for a wheelchair. Four of them have baths as well as showers. There is a large drawing room opening onto a terrace with outdoor sofa and armchairs. This converts into a conservatory in winter. The house is equipped with Sky TV and ADSL throughout the house. The extensive kitchen has a breakfast table for 10 and is fully equipped with two ovens, two dishwashers, two fridges, hob, microwave and waste disposal. The Amana fridge provides filtered water and ice.

Maid service is provided twice a week and more by arrangement and a cook can be arranged if desired. There is garden and pool service and all towels, beach towels, bathrobes and hairdryers are provided. While Dos Olivos is a perfect summer villa for everyone, all season golfers and tennis players will appreciate the fact that it has been designed for round-the-year comfort with central heating and an open fireplace.

If you desire to heat the pool, it will be an extra 500 charge per week.
