This villa is unique because the owners live here full time and are in a separate wing of the house with their own entryway. Renters would have full use of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (a full house) You can sleep 6 people and possibly a seventh on a single daybed.

The villa consists of two floors, the first with an entryway leading to the dining room and living room with fireplace, kitchen with electric stove and dishwasher, bedroom with bathroom and outside terrace that has a pool. The second floor has two more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The backyard is huge and has a gazebo for quiet time.

The pool and garden will be exclusive for the renters and the owners will not use it. There is SKY TV in the villa and WIFI ADSL if desired. The villa is fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils and appliances.

The owners of the villa have 2 dogs and request that any renters be ok with the dogs sharing the garden.
